Shipping policy

All rug orders will be processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Domestic standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Large-size rugs may require freight delivery and need extra transit time. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on rug size, weight and destination. Orders over $XXX qualify for free domestic shipping.

We ship internationally. Buyers are fully responsible for import duties, customs fees and local taxes. International delivery normally takes 12–25 business days, subject to customs clearance delays.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If rugs arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of packaging and defects. We do not cover claims filed after this window. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather or customs issues.
